Important Info for Attendees

Hello TEDxCaryWomen Attendees!
We are just over one week away from an exciting day of ideas worth spreading and we can’t wait to host you on the beautiful campus of our Premier Partner, SAS.
Please read thoroughly for some important event information, and be sure to check our website and social media sites for updates, as well.
REGISTRATION – Please plan to arrive on campus between 8:00am – 8:30am to park (LOT A) and proceed to event auditorium (BLDG V). Check-in at registration to receive your TEDxCaryWomen name badge, goody bag and find your seat. Our event will begin promptly at 9:00am. Doors will be closed while speakers are on stage. 
PARKING – Please proceed to LOT A for event parking. Shuttles will take attendees to the event at BUILDING V.  Shuttles will be looping from the parking lot to the event site throughout the day.  
(GPS: 100 SAS Campus Drive Cary, NC and follow signs to LOT A to park)
LUNCH – Our lunch will be 12:30pm-2:00pm in Building F, a brief 4 minute walk from building V.  We will have shuttles available for those not wishing to walk.
WHAT TO WEAR – Business casual, comfortable clothing for extended sitting, with shoes that won’t bother you when walking.  
WHAT TO EXPECT – 16 talks in 4 sessions with 2 breaks, 1 delicious lunch and infinite opportunities to interact, connect, listen, learn, wonder and reflect.  (Also, with over 400 people, probably some waiting time in lines, too.)
